Venice, known also as the “City of Canals,” “The Floating City,” and “Serenissima,” is arguably one of Italy’s most picturesque cities with its winding canals, striking architecture and beautiful bridges.
The lagoon and the historic parts of the city within the lagoon were inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. Venice is a unique city built on 118 small islands connected by over 400 bridges.
It has no roads, only canals, with the Grand Canal being the largest.

The structure has a fitness center equipped TecnoGym, tennis courts, soccer fields, padel courts, beach tennis and beach volleyball, 2 outdoor swimming pools surrounded by the large solarium area immersed in the greenery in the summer season and a delightful indoor swimming pool in the winter season.

A restaurant oriented towards traditional and genuine cuisine that offers its customers seasonal flavors with the utmost care in choosing the raw materials.
The restaurant is warm and welcoming, tastefully furnished, with a large garden where you can enjoy an aperitif or eat surrounded by greenery. The restaurant, in fact, is surrounded by nature, inside the Village, far from city traffic and in an environment where you can breathe healthy air and tranquility.
The specialty of the kitchen is the use of the brazier and the wood-fired oven, strong points to best enhance the flavors.
There is also a careful selection of wines that allows to satisfy every type of palate.

How to sign up for our Holidays:
Please fill in and send the Contact form available on the website. Our confirmation will follow, including the link to the formal registration form to be filled in and sent.
Tour Deposit – A deposit of euro 500,00 per person is requested to reserve the holiday and will be deducted from the total amount.
Final Payment – the Balance is due 30 days prior to the trip dates.
Cancellation Policy (% of trip price per person)
60 + Days prior to arrival – Non-refundable portion of the deposit: euro 500,00
30-60 Days prior to arrival – 30% of the Total Price
0 -30 Days prior to arrival – 100% of the Total Price
